When I was 24 years old and 224 pounds I had my first gastric bypass surgery, and after that surgery I gained weight to 357.8 pounds. So what did I do? I had another Gastric by-pass procedure, (both times I got infections and almost died.) This time I lost 203 pounds, made celebrity status in my local paper, and gained back 114 pounds. Ashamed and hiding out, I came up with some solutions to help anyone lose the weight and keep it off. I have learned some tried and true principles to keep the weight off. Without food lists, counting, or crazy exercise programs.
